3 Ton
FrameXL 3-Ton is the medium capacity industrial mobile shelving version. It can be configured to store products up to a maximum weight of 3,000 kg inside. Depending on specific needs, shelving with shelves or load-bearing beams can be used.
6 Ton-9 Ton
FrameXL 9-Ton is the medium/high capacity industrial mobile shelving version. It can be configured to store products inside up to a maximum weight of 9,000 kg. Depending on specific needs, it is possible to use shelving with load-bearing beams or cantilevers.
24 Ton
FrameXL 24-Ton is the high-capacity industrial mobile shelving version. It can be configured to store products up to a maximum weight of 24,000 kg. Depending on specific needs, it is possible to use shelving with load-bearing beams or cantilevers.

Technical specifications.

Sliding rails. The sliding rails allow the modules of the mobile shelving to compact: they can be recessed or positioned above the floor. They house the anti-skid system and do not require particular maintenance.

Sides and cross bracing. The sides and cross bracings make the mobile shelving archive sturdy, avoiding oscillations in the case of medium load compactables and allow greater archiving/storage than the standard one.

Handling. The movement can be manual with handwheel or automatic. The automation system allows total control over the handling phases and can be connected to external warehouse control systems.

Safety barriers. FrameXL is equipped with the best safety systems for material and personnel. Upper or lower anti-tipping, limit switch devices and the electronic access control system are just a few.

Flooring. Compensation can be added in the case of tracks above the floor: it can be in certified fireproof wood or in metallic material, depending on the needs or the environment in which it is installed.

Shelves and hooks.The shelves can be constructed using a single panel or via a series of adjacent panels positioned on support crosspieces. This double possibility allows you to create loading platforms with a capacity of up to 250 kg/m2.

Finishing. The painting oven allows us to take advantage of a vast choice of RAL and Pantone colours. The painting is done with epoxy powders, with all the certifications for use in respect of personnel and the environment.

Slider . Everything contained in FrameXL can be moved with a touch. By touching the slider with a finger, each mobile element will move in the desired direction, the movement will be light and silent.
ARCHIVAL REPOSITORIES
It is the document repository at its maximum size. It is ideal for huge archival repositories with few monthly movements.
Its size allows maximum utilization of available space, enabling intensive storage of archival material for a very long time.
Its performance in terms of durability and maximum load capacity allows for the storage of any type of archival material, even those contained in boxes or weighing more than the norm.
